Dear Diu,

I hope that this email finds you well? I am sorry to have taken so long to reply to you. Life and work have gotten in the way!
Thank you so much for the fabulous organisation and management of our trip through Myanmar. We were very fortunate with the weather and had super guides throughout the trip. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough for our ballooning morning in Bagan but that was not unexpected on our part. We were given our cash refund when we got back to Yangon at the end of our trip.
The puppet show in Bagan was great, although the accompanying dinner was not as good as the rest of the food that we had in Bagan. Never mind, it was the puppets that we wanted to see. The young children in the audience were enthralled!
We really appreciated the care that was given to us. The wet wipes were always at the ready after our visits through the paya and bottles of much needed water were always handy. We have learnt a whole lot more about Buddhist ways and beliefs on our travels in Myanmar. It was very interesting for us.

I hope that this is some help to you. It seems strange to say “Good bye” again. Maybe we’ll be back in touch one day. We would certainly use your services again if we are in your part of the world again. However, there is more of the world to visit and so we move on. I think Sri Lanka and Goa will be our next trip to the East. We’ll see. Our youngest son and his friends are presently meeting up in Saigon! They are so disorganised! We suggested your help but they are happy to make it up as they go along. So we’ll see how they go!
